Joan Steffy Channon has been a foodie as long as she can remember. And a gypsy. She has gone down the Amazon River in a banana boat, and hiked into the Kongka Rizumgonga Range of Tibet. Her travels have taken her around the planet and she has delighted in the varied cuisines and cocktails of the world. Brooke Channon Dee came into Joan’s life in 1982 as a bright, spirited twelve-year-old, and soon became her step-daughter. Brooke is best known as the host of HGTV’s “Sensible Chic,” and she has worked extensively with the wine industry. She, too, happens to be a major foodie.

Together, this spirited duo has continued to wander the globe, and have learned that they do indeed love their spirits!
